DIA will be conducting the our 2020 AGM online via Zoom.

Date: Thursday 19th November 2020
Time: 2:00pm AEDT Commencement

Formal notice and meeting details have been sent to all members.

Non-Voting Associates may joint the meeting by following this link and instructions.

 

AT THE MEETING ALL MEMBERS WILL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO

  • Find out about Disability Intermediaries Australia operations and finances;
  • Ask questions about the operations and finances; and
  • Speak about any items on the agenda.

AT THE MEETING VOTING MEMBERS WILL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO

  • All of the above;
  • Accept Audited Financial Statements;
  • Elect three (3) directors; and
  • Vote on any resolutions proposed.

CALL FOR DIRECTOR NOMINATIONS

DIA is also calling for nominations to be elected to the Board of DIA. All members of DIA may put forth a nomination for election to the DIA Board at the AGM.
