DIA provides notice of our upcoming 2024 DIA AGM & CALL FOR DIRECTOR NOMINATIONS.
DIA will be conducting the our 2024 AGM online.

AT THE MEETING MEMBERS WILL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO
- Find out about Disability Intermediaries Australia operations and finances;
- Ask questions about the operations and finances; and
- Speak about any items on the agenda.
AT THE MEETING VOTING MEMBERS WILL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO
- All of the above;
- Accept Audited Financial Statements;
- Elect two (2) directors; and
- Vote on any resolutions proposed.

CALL FOR DIRECTOR NOMINATIONS
DIA is also calling for nominations to be elected to the Board of DIA.
Two positions are open for election:
- Vacant (previously held by Bronia Holyoak who is eligible to re-nominate for election)
- Vacant (previously held by Claire Smith who is eligible to re-nominate for election)
All members of DIA may put forth a nomination for election to the DIA Board at the AGM. Nominations will are open and close 28th November 2024. To nominate please complete the below form.
